My Approach

Credentials

The modalities I am trained in are rooted in mind–body healing and help us return to and remember the inherited wisdom we all carry.

 

I am an Advanced Practitioner of the Triple Vagal Method (TVM™). I completed my foundational training in April 2024 and my advanced training in December 2024. I was mentored directly by Maj Zakari, the founder of the Integrated Somatic Institute and creator of TVM™, and had the honor of co-facilitating a TVM™ training in November 2024. In February 2025, I hosted my own 3-day immersion.

I have also completed a 6-month immersion in Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT) and am now in the final phase of submitting case studies to receive my official certification.

 

Additionally, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in November 2023.

 

Beyond formal training, I continue to deepen my practice through my own journey with somatics and ongoing self-study from pioneers in the field.

What is Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT)?

SIT is a somatic and subconscious process designed to uncover and resolve the root beliefs and patterns that keep us looping in physical or emotional pain. Many of these patterns are created by life experiences, repressed emotions and trauma and continue to influence our behaviours, relationships, and even our health until resolved. SIT combines somatic awareness with subconscious rewiring to release these imprints and create space for new beliefs and ways of being. â€‹

What is the Triple Vagal Method (TVM)?

TVM is a somatic bodywork method that helps regulate the nervous system through gentle, intentional touch and techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve, produce oxytocin and engage the fascial system. This work helps release stored survival stress, build safety in the nervous system, and expand your capacity for resilience, safety, connection, and joy.

Together, these modalities form the foundation of my sessions  allowing me to work with both the body and subconscious for deeper, more lasting transformation.

1:1 Sessions

Every session I offer is virtual and rooted in the SIT process and supported by the somatic tools I’ve gained through TVM and other practices. No two sessions are the same. While the SIT process provides structure, I adapt to what you need most - blending compassionate listening, somatic exercises, and other integrative tools.

How We’ll Work Together

  • You can book a single session if you’d like to begin exploring this work.

  • For meaningful results, I recommend committing to 4–12 sessions, one every week, switching between a session of SIT one week and then the next week a body based somatic session aimed at building capacity in the nervous system 

​
